technical queries that were raised by the Client with regard to the
membrane water treatment systems.

Supervision
of local labour during the fabrication, installation of High purity of
piping systems involving Orbital and on-site welding of 15, 49 and
60-degree High purity water systems to ensure that the correct WPS were
followed and that the oxygen levels within the gas purge were maintained
within the specified tolerances. Responsible for supervising the
Hydro-testing of the High purity systems utilizing deminerialized water,
ensuring that the systems were clean and dry after test. Conduct 80% and
95% complete engineering walk downs' by Isometric and P & ID's on all
piping systems, jointly with construction and engineering. Mark up (red
line) P & ID's indicating changes, adjustments etc. and respond to
technical queries from construction. Follow the punch items through to
completion. Pre Commission Air Handling Units and utility systems for the
final handover and sign off to Kodak. This involved flushing systems clean, correcting any punch items
still outstanding and carrying out the final balancing of the systems for
startup.

Responsibilities: Supervision of local labour
consisting of 400 Indian and Filipino men, on the Fire Heaters Pipe racks
and M.S.A.S. Fabrication Shop. Hydro testing and re-instatement of Cherry
package boiler and Callidus Technology Inc. Polymer Ground Flare
systems. Involved in the
conceptual and detailed design of the M.S.A.S. Spool Tracking System, this
novel system enabled the tractability of the spools from, material receipt
to handover to the client after Hydro Test and reinstatement. Responsible for the logistics' of
spool transfer for M.S.A.S. and the Sub-Contractor's Fabrication Shops to
the site.

of general maintenance and projects on all sites in the mid-Cheshire
area.

included: ICI Winnington (Chemical), ICI Lostock (Chlorine), Brunner Mond,
Winnington / Lostock (Ammonia) and Consolidated Bathurst (Paper
Mill) |
